Data retention policy
The only data being kept is Slack user ID, team ID, and tokens. All other data is never stored persistently. System logs are kept for no longer than 7 days back, and contain no specific customer data.
Data archiving and removal policy
The only persistent data are user IDs, team IDs and Slack API tokens. These are removed from our DB on app uninstall (team ID and tokens), or token revocation. We also support deleting these data upon request to our support team, via email or support page.
Data storage policy
All data is encrypted at transit and at rest. All storage is within our AWS VPC, and follows all the industry best practices for working with AWS, as specified in our SOC2 certification.
